As the interactive dashboard provide better customer service in Interactive service hub, it also let focus on the activities and cases for solving many issues. This blog will help you to find how to utilize and update it. First open the Interactive service hub from the dynamics 365.
Navigate to settings> interactive service hub Under Applications. A seperate window will open for ISH, where you can perform all the actions.
Actions on Case
In the ISH window you can select any case by marking a check box and perform the different operations on the selected record as shown in the below screenshot: And if you want to perform the same operation on the different case(record), you can select more than one record and perform action at one single screen. Operations marked red in below screen can be performed on the case. And you can apply changes on the case directly from the dashboard too.
Similarly, you can perform edit stream properties for the cases. It shows how you can sort your entity. For example, if you want to sort your cases based on modified on, following steps should be followed:
- In my active cases click on ... and then click edit properties
- In opened window, click sort by drop down and select modified on and click ok.
- This will sort the active cases by modified on.

Action on Activities
As the activities are also shown on the interactive dashboard, you can follow the above steps to perform operations on activities.
Visual filter Flyout
You can view visual filter flyout for the cases and activities by clicking bar chart button on the top ribbon. And can also viewed by different time frame.
With this, you can improve the customer service and can perform various operations in a single step, which make it quite easier to manage.
